Money stuck in Airtel Wallet--Need help

I have added around Rs:1500/- in Airtel Wallet without knowing debit freeze in my account (Don’t understand why they allowed to add money in a freezed account).
Since debit freeze happened in my account, i provided my identification copy and since the DOB not matching in my account,they are closing the account and money will be credited back to my source account (where it has been added), by 7 working days.
It has been more than 15 days, they keep saying wait for 48 hours.
Chortel, really annoying.First of all they shouldn’t allowed to add money to an inoperative account.
Is there any way to escalate this issue?. Anybody faced this issue before, please let us know how to proceed?

Any idea to handle this issue?.It has been 15 days still they haven’t closed my wallet and credit the amount. Planning to escalate to Greviance, Nodal Officer and finally Banking Ombudsman.
Let them take their sweet time. Afterwards register a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman. I had received Rs 5k compensation from SBI for grossly delayed refunds of 2 IRCTC transactions. Don’t know which of the two was to blame but considering the pathetic response from SBI throughout the ordeal I am happy that they were the ones who were penalized.
In Year 2016 I had received 4 times refund in Airtel wallet nearly 5K Amount extra & immediately transferred amount in Bank account & then forgotten Airtel wallet 🤣
