My correct sbi username and password is showing invalid

sometimes SBI net banking is down..
No need to panic try after some time…

@rini50 hi Rini. It’s your hard saved/earned money. If you get slightest doubt, don’t do any neglect. Just go to the branch n see, what they can do. We ll give advices n something might get wrong with your account then we ll give you some more advices. 😔😔😔
Caps lock issue might be there but to be safe go to the branch ASAP. 🙏🙏🙏

There are other ways to check your balance by “mini statement” and “missed call” service by SBI. Google for more details.

Samething happened for me, sometimes even if we enter correct credentials they are not working.
Try incognito mode in PC/ laptop once.

Try reseting your password.

Sbi resets all sbi username & pwd automatically after some time for all users. Even mine showd invalid

Anyway to get Account statement for 2018 using internet banking or yono app or somewhere else. Looks like they disabled to download older Account statement prior to 13 month

I’m facing this login problem with SBI Cards too. It works after some time and some more hours later, it doesn’t again.

Its common with SBI netbanking. Just horrible.

open incognito mode, it will solve your problem. It happens cos of cookie bug

did your problem resolve ?  If yes, please share.  I did not receive any positive feedback from sbi customer care. I am facing the same since 1 month. Every time i try to login the msg pops up - invalid username and password.

My correct sbi username and password and captcha entering is showing invalid.

I have successfully set my ne5 banking Password  but yet  my login has been  denied on the ground it is an invalid user id.

There is always some problem with SBI login & this happens once in a while 

Generally Trying after few hours would resolve it

Sometimes clearing your browser cache or using a different browser works

Another reason possibly be the defective keyboard related to system where from login attempts are made

In this case or Caps lock  issue case , one can use virtual keyboard from login website

Now If nothing works , Go to the Branch or lodge a complain online through CMS

Also If you think someone is using your Internet Banking then simply press Alt+O while logged in through PC, or visit here incase you cannot login Lock Unlock INB User Access & you will be locked out, or you can say your INB access will be locked, no one will be able to login, it can be now only activated by going to your home branch where your access will be unlocked, and then you can change your Login Password, Profile Password]
