My Flipkart Plus Account Blocked. Please help.

Dear All,
Suddenly before couple of days my Flipkart Plus account got blocked.
The reason they informed me was unusual return pattern.
Facts: only 3 Return requests were put by me recently and all of them were genuine since the products were not satisfactory.
these number of returns (3) are quite negligible compared to the number of orders I have placed.
There is around rupees 6000 Flipkart gift vouchers added to that account. Also have around 700 super coins.
please help me and provide solution for the same in order to get my Flipkart Plus account unblocked.
I have contacted customer care and also on Twitter but they do not seem to give me resolution on the same.
Please help…
I am worried since thousands of rupees have got blocked without any mistake or fraudulent activity from my side…

Nothing can’t be done … happened to me also 1 month ago …..if u giftcard from anyother source expect flipkart rewards(supercoin giftcard) then u can ask for money to get transferred in bank
….I had around 1.5k from supercoin flipkart rewards and they refused to transfer money also
Report them,Contact YouTubers, raise this issue on every social media plateform

💯 % Right, they won’t refund if source is other than fk
There has to be some solution and remedy for such a wrong and incorrect action from Flipkart side…
Where can I report and lodge a complaint against them? Please explain…
AFAIK, fk doesn’t unblock the account once blocked.

There’s still hope. People got their accounts unblocked by convincing the escalation team (at least temporarily before they blocked it again for some) & some accounts got Auto-unblocked

Considering that the return value is not much (& not electronics?).. there’s still hope for OP (Unblock via escalation team or auto-unblock)
Products were not satisfactory.
Online portals are not for window shopping , please try to understand that you cannot just buy the product .. try and return it , if found unsatisfactory …. one two times its understandable .
Please buy only when you have researched for the product extensively , as lots of resources are used in getting products ready , shipping and return .
Treat every one in humane way .
Products were looking good before placing the order and that is why we placed the orders genuinely…
But after delivery, we found the products were damaged and useless…
What is expected to be done in such case other than placing the return requests?

back to back 3 returns , maybe high value items .
3 products damaged is too much of a coincidence
Alsways remember karma is a big B…. Its get backs to you real fast. In your case you got it like 200x back. Lesson learned the hard way
Ps : most people absued the return policy on mobiles and electronics back in the day same way and now they took it away 
Three artificial jewellery delivered damaged out of 10 is quite possible…
it may be during the transit or seller may have sent damaged products only…
Lastly, if karma is there; then certainly it should not have happened with me…
After so many days, the trends starts again.
I don’t know how this works,my sister’s fk account is filled with returns but the account is still active.
It works mostly on the basis of AI system analysis & that does not have common sense, only cold hard facts & probabilities.
Yes, there are thousand of FRAUD buyers on Flipkart, especially from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, where they think it as free money and heavily abuse the easy no verification return policy.
My cousin is also an online seller and he told me that in 30% of the returns, the product received is completely different and trashy(old and used.)
I never hoped for success of E-Com in India due to these fraud buyers, but these American firms have pulled it off well, by being strict with these kind of buyers.
So the best advice is to capture video of the packet opening every time, to differentiate yourself from fraud buyers.
What baffles everyone here is why fraud FK should steal added GV balance(forget supercoins), its like stealing back from customer in retaliation
If they do not do this many will not have issues, they know customers here are unprotected as we do not have collective law suit like US/EU
Amazon has refunded me many times without even verifying damaged products of similar value, perhaps I stopped buying such products later for fear of account blcok, for eg continously rcvd 3 times Atta damaged pack(seller fraud)
Its really difficult for both seller and buyer doing ecom business here as u said
