better to open and check during delivery, though some couriers do not allow to do this
exactly same thing happened with me and I also got the exact same reply. They are stealing from us and they are not accepting their fault.
our money is being stolen and they are filling their pockets.
they delivered me a used shirt with some food mark, immediatly i have opened return request. they again returned the product to me and closed the case
you know the irony here? the shirt wont even fit me, cant it even button the damm thing, the size is so small
how did they even came to the conclusion that i have used it? when i open the return request within 30minuts
thats it, i wont be shopping clothing online anymore, ajio wont even return pickup the items. my anger has no limits on these 2 companies. they eat all my hard earned cashback from other cards
