+1 using it from past 5 years no problem and low maintenance just 60-100rs every season for grass .
Try with a big tank so that you don’t need to refill it again motor should have copper binding steel/iron should be thick so that it doesn’t rust easily and good paint.

In this budget you only get local brand desert cooler or major brand small room cooler so decide depending on room size.
