My friend is coming from Canada in July-Aug.
I am planning to get PC parts like – Ram, SSD, HDD, CPU (AMD) and GPU.
So I want to know will I get warranty in India for parts purchased from Canada? If yes, which brands provide International warranty?

Most companies cover International Warranty such as AMD/Intel – CPU . Gigabyte/MSI/Zotac and others – GPU SMS and other parts also offer International warranty but there are companies such as Sabrent/Palit and others which do not have any physical presence in India at all won’t cover warranty. If you plan on getting all parts its going to be risky especially GPU since the physical size(in case of those huge 3070/80/90’s) might trigger customs officer to ask for bill/reason and what not. HDD no point in importing same price everywhere.

I think if seals are opened then custom allows for personal use?
