need help with flipkart partner supercoin offer

i placed an order on 14th september on 1mg and got 25 supercoin for that but till now they are showing as pending.
anyone has any idea about when they will get verified?
Flipkart cc is dumb, they are telling me to contact 1mg support for getting supercoins as this is an 1mg order.
if you have any idea please explain as i placed a lot of orders on 1mg today and got approximately 500 supercoins in pending for that.

no, at that time there was an offer where we were getting 20 supercoins for every rs 100 spent on 1mg so i spent some where near 2.5k
