Better to pay the amount and be on the safe side. Else legal notice wouldn’t be a good option. They took so much time, they must be gathering the location and info from the NIKI registered no. , coz many users used Fake numbers.
So they must be having all the details for legal actions.

Guys.. legally they can’t ask as it was accepted by there system and processed, they know it was a error so they have to only request.
This is a valid transaction for the user, the only way they could have recovered is reverse the recharge. Now that they have done it where possible ( SInce you dint pay anything, you cant challange that…) and for the remaining this is the next option to ask users to pay to reduce losses.
Also i like the words “Super urgent” i hope they mean it for there service support too… for my complaint where no recharge was done even though my payment deducted and Niki said payment received, recharge under progress.. been following up for 2 weeks with no reply.

Today Police Came and they Picked up my neighbor in Their Jeep because of Niki. Now I will go to see him in Jail daily because he gave me OTPs.

I had paid 1000 now,

On that day i do three transaction but two of my transaction failed and one transaction is successful of worth rs 500,now they ask me for paying 1500
