I don’t know why I am following this thread. I have missed the Niki loot, but this thread is interesting than IPL

My future plan of action

1. Let them file a case. Its a civil case so no arrest.

2. For sending a Notice they need our address and then also they have show proof that they we personally received the notice.

3. See Nityananda or any other case where he refuse to receive court notice. So we can always say we never received the notice.

4. This is indian judicial system the whole process of notice will take 1 year.

5. Case will go for 1 to 2 years more. 1 crore pending cases in court… so tarikh pe tarikh.

6. After 3 to 5 year if they find my address and court order to fine. It will only be amount liable and nothing else. and may be lawyer fee divided by thousands of niki users.

7. If they are able to do all above step. I will personally hand over a check of Rs 1001 to them.. lol… not for fine.. but for their effort.. lol

8. so pay same amount by tommorow or pay after 3 to 5 year.. only if they won… and if they survive in startup ecosystem.

9. Dimers who looted were awake in morning.. tried for 15 min.. then got some recharge.. let them do some hard work to get the amount back… till then peace….

10. we will meet in this thread after 3 years…. like 3 idiots movie.. … 5th September chatur scene.. lol

Where is that person who looted 10000 in Niki

Niki gone mad again. No one is gonna pay them back. Unnecessarily they wasted their time in searching for total amt and transaction each one looted.

I deposited 7k in cash deposit machine
Money was returned by deposit machine and I got message money is credited to account

So I used that money in account
After 25days I got call from bank
U have got excess amount and  u have used it
PleaSe repay soon or else u will face legal action

After few days with some help of friends I repaid amount

In cibil report it is showing u have loan of 47rs syndicate bank (maybe interest)


I never took anyloan from them

47rs is showing in score from past 3 years

I don’t know how to pay this 47rs




So I said better to pay small amount instead of getting trouble
