nobroker charges are more than redgiraffe to cover it i thought payzapp offer was grt but its being reduced every month so will be leaving nobroker and use redgiraffe again

Got Nobroker cashback for March just now and showing in transaction history also.
PayZapp is denying Nobroker Feb cashback saying they can’t track any transaction. 3 month old in-app payments do not even show in transaction history. And in wallet history statement such transactions do not even occur. How to provide them transaction details?
