Dont underestimate the smartness of hdfc.

Be it smartbuy or payzapp cb once when i didn’t received cb their cc blamed me that transaction was done through guest login but eventually received cb after few days because it was due through regular login.
They already know as a user i cannot prove how transaction was done and take advantage always I’m sure hdfc management is aware that they have flaws in system.
That’s how they mange to give best offers in cc Industry but save 30-40% of the costs by these scams
