I think fuels are the main source of govt to fill the cash reserves. Rather on focusing on prices govt must opt for alternatives (electric, gasoline, or maybe others)

We need to go beyond politics. The Youth needs to beyond politics. If someone is questioning the government, it doesn’t mean they are rooting for Rahul. Instead they are questioning because they feel cheated with false promises. Once these blind bhakts come to earning age and face the real world, then many will understand how the situation is. Just look at how your groceries bill got expanded, more to come as oil prices will still go up.
The Govt has no money. They cut corporate taxes. They are trying to sell off govt PSUs in the name of reforms. But the real reason is they don’t have money. Just search for tax to gdp ratio. Indirect taxes are increasing and direct tax falling. In Indirect tax like GST, petrol taxes rich and poor pay same taxes. So poor and middle class are suffering more.
Which rich inevitably vote for BJP, middle class are being brainwashed and poor are being fooled. Time has the answer for everything. The more these people at power overlook the janta, the more they’ll fall. Especially THE ONE who is so busy in painting HIS IMAGE.

Those who say that they have no problem with even 200 petrol price, there should be dual rates. 50 rs for those who think petrol price is unjustified, 150 for those who are willing to pay increased price for development of the nation or in support of govt’s policies. Will average out at 100 (considering the 40-50% deshbhakt supporters of the govt).
We will then see all these 200 supporters, whether they stand in the 150 line, or the 50 one. Will expose their hypocrisy.
And even at 50, the govt will be selling at a profit (before anyone comes to give their whatsapp gyaan).
