Not receiving transaction OTP on Airtel while on roaming.

Hi,

I’m on roaming and I have an Airtel SIM card. I’ve noticed that I stopped receiving transactional OTP messages from a particular website. The message sender address is VK-XXXXXX.

The website and airtel both are saying that the messages should be delivered. I trust the website because the message is delivered in India. Airtel is saying they haven’t blocked any messages on their end.

I am still receiving other SMS with sender AX-YYYYYY. So maybe the problem is just with VK, VM series?

Any idea how I could resolve this? I’m in Canada and connect to Rogers network.
