Dear friends
I am in trouble ,story is we are 7 members in family and have seven account on freecharge with same gmail id like
[email protected]
[email protected]…….
And so on
But with different phone numbers.
Now the issue is we transacted on hypercity last night but all the 7 accounts are being blocked by freecharge ….now what to do friends
Want help i have total 1400 in those accounts
Your help will be appreciable

Email I’d name is same but different is number only that’s why they were able to track down this….but I can provide them proff ids of all 7 members
Till now only issue is they were not replying to mails
And and user name is almost same in all accountI think I should contact them from 2 accounts only at a time for solving the issue and provide proff if resolved then do this again and again
Only mistake is of mine is slightly same gmail I’d and user name from that they tracked

Just say what you did confidently to them. I don’t see any thing wrong in t&c violation if your family only have 7 accounts. are you sure that you don’t have anymore accounts?
BTW it is just 1200, be polite to them. Not bigmoney to loss for freecharge.
On a side note, I lost a fu*king $2.4K on a dispute yesterday. I could have got that if I go through lawyer route. But sometimes time is worth a lot. See How cool I am? #moaning

They will respond you. Give some time.
BTW my case was not a loot from DD. It was a dispute and finally I agreed to bear a loss of 2.4 K USD (around 1.61 Lak in INR) as a part of settlement. Debt recovery is a pain in ass.

tell them full story, only once
better to be true with them
as it is you do not have anything to loose , as it seems accounts are blocked so is the money.

Freecharge blocked all my family accounts and giving me back the money in any of them.. This is real bad. Why don’t they understand that people can create multiple accounts, one each for family member. They are just saying “suspended due to security reasons” . Had long follow-up and finally gave up. Would never use freecharge or even snapdeal.
