Has OlaMoney dropped ANI Technologies, OlaCabs, OlaMoney name in payment gateway and only using OlaMoney Zipcash J name now?
Trying to make payment with SBI Cashback Card and I have atleast tried more than 100 times since yesterday and everytime I'm only receiving Zipcash merchant which does not give 5% cashback. Anyone else able to make payment to any other Ola Merchants names?

I think the axis ace cashback calculation has a bug. If any of the preferred partners use a utility/bill payment mcc, the it gives cashback of 5%. This is what seems to have happened for Ola zipcash. Ola is preferred partner and zipcash merchant name uses utility mcc.

I did the transaction on 12th and merchant name is "ANI Technologies". But haven't received 500 cashback in Ola money till now, before it used to take only 2-3 days.

Same here. 198 deducted by Ola from the wallet. Even though my billing cycle started from 13th, and I haven't even received any cashback for Rs 2000 wallet load done on 14th (for this new billing cycle). 😒

I checked the ola wallet transaction history, there was a double cb credit of 198 in the first week of October. I guess it is that extra cb that has been reversed. Maybe this double cb bug correction is what they were busy with and that's why kept the CB paused for now. Hope they will credit the new CB, now that they have reversed the bug credits.

Reading all the above comments is scary. I loaded on Nov. 3 with ANI Technologies as merchant, got 500 cashback on Nov. 6
Looks like I'll have to close the CC now after waiving off annual fee, party's over.

Load on Pencilton wallet via Ola wallet gateway then you will get ANI Technologies or OlaCabs name.
Pencilton app (Parents account) >> Add money >> Choose OLA Wallet >> OLA login >> enter credit card details and proceed to pay.
SBI OLA Credit Card give 7% Cashback and SBI Cashback Credit Card give 5% cashback.
