one card not working on cred

I am trying to transact using my OneCard through CRED but it is showing me duplicate transaction authenticated and hence not being able to transact. I am even getting two OTPs for one transaction.
I checked my OneCard  it is working fine. This implies that the problem is with CRED. I tried to contact the customer care but they said to wait 24 hours.

Kindly confirm if Anyone facing the same issue or know how to fix this. Also, I have checked this on multiple merchants and this happens every time
