OneCard: transaction decline issue - is there any workaround for this ?

I donot have any outstanding .
I wanted to do a transaction of Rs. 2657 of Swiggy Instamart.
My actual Credit Limit is : 2200. [this is against FD = Rs. 2000]
To make the trx of Rs. 2657 I paid Rs. 467 in advance.
Now: Getting the mentioned error, Asking me to increase the credit FD now.
Is there any way to contact one care over phone.
