Hi,
I made a payment on a .gov.in site through bill desk but the payment failed. When i asked the bill desk team they said that the payment is success from their end.
What should i do now?
My money is tucked with them.
I don’t think .gov.in CC replies even after lockdown.

It will either be reversed to your account or get credited to the destination Govt account but it may take 2-5 working days…

Already 5-6 days. May be 3 working days

Either one will happen, but u have to wait some days. But if u have an option to pay via paytm/Amazon use these trusted 3rd parties, it will make work easier

HOW DO I CONTACT GOVT. SITE CUSTOMER CARE. I DONT THINK THEY HAVE IT TOO.

BILL DESK IS NOT HELPING ME I AM ASKING FOR CHARGEBACK REQUEST BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPING ME.

I WILL CONTACT BANK TOMORROW.

Hey bro.You mentioned billdesk so i thought my experience could be appropriate but can vary.Last month while paying lic of 30k on billdesk the payment failed but the money got deducted.Upon inquiring they mentioned wait max 14 days.Within 10 working days from the failed payment date i got my money back.So i suggest wait for 10 days and then complaint.

If it is credit card .. there will be customer dispute form with them. They will solve the issue…
