Paytm not providing refund, how to raise the complaint?

I did a credit card payment via paytm wallet a few weeks ago. It failed due to some reason but by the time it failed, I had already loaded more money in my wallet. Because of this, the refund also failed as it was breaching the wallet limit. Post that I emptied my wallet, but I haven’t still not received the refund. When I check the status in the app, at one place it shows as refund failed but on going inside it says that refund it successful to the wallet (which is not true).
- I’m not able to raise complaint for this via the app as now the refund is showing successful.
- I tried calling the customer care but they say they can’t help, recharge/payment related issues have to be raised via app only. They however agreed that refund has failed and not been processed but are helpless.
- I’ve emailed them as well to their support alias and nodal alias but they haven’t responded for 4-5 days now.
- I tried reaching them via twitter DM but only robotic responses so far.
Looking for suggestions on how to get my money back 😢

Limit is for load money. Not on available balance. Does not matter even if the wallet is “emptied” subsequently. And they are playing on this.They should automatically give credit at the beginning of next month. But they do not give that. And they will not also consider it as a “complaint” till the beginning of next month.
OP can increase the limit by converting to full KYC if not done earlier.
I think in Paytm everything is 10k
10k can be utilised
10k can be loaded overall
And 10k at a given instance also
yes, that’s the last hope. Want to know if there is any other way to reach out to paytm directly before taking that leap.
Twitter is only option, raise issues for few times…if no satisfactory answer then raise issues on consumer forums based on Twitter response screenshot
Same issue with me.Paid on Jiomart using Paytm wallet.Amount was deducted but no order placed .Now Paytm and jio mart are asking me to contact other for refund.Hiw can I get the refund?

Because This Happened in case of cashback not in case of refund but I hope it will same.
however you can contact Paytm on twitter and they will provide you proper info

same here. I was placing order on zomato using paytm on 18th Feb22, money loaded required, money deducted from saving account but transaction failed. Till.date I have not received the refund. Already escalated to sbi, paytm etc. No use.
Short them hard
it might be refunded as gold, check it once as you have crossed the paytm wallet limit
i hate that paytm chatbot🤬🤬 have to repeatedly message it so that i can type my message and then it creates a ticket🤯
My onecard payment to ola money failed on 29th April, 2022.
Ab tha nahi aaya refund. Uppar se kisi ne kuch din pahele dialogue maara tha Visa card me fast refund hota ha and transaction failed nahi hota. 😐😐

You should get on 1 Jun. My 1k cb is also pending and they mentioned to get on 1st on twitter dm.
I received the refund automatically in the evening of same day I posted this thread…no follow ups on the official channels like emails or twitter dm…may be this post helped me😀..thanks everyone for your help & suggestions.
