Also check your balance loaded to pencilton wallet or parents wallet.
If parents wallet then you need to transfer to child card wallet.
login parents acc >> add money >> here you will see your balance. Now how to add ?
Just enter same amount and click on "others" option and add.
your money will transfer parents wallet to child wallet card.
Online transaction is enabled
It is working on other sites but failing in Amazon
It is in child account
Very risky pencilton
Time to uninstall
If you try through Amazon desktop web then not working.
Always use Amazon app to load money on Amazon.
Using since last 1 year, no problem yet.
but i need to get back my 2000. how can i get transactions are failing on every site.
Go to Amazon app (dnt use amazon web) >> amazon add money option >> enter pencilton card (dnt save your card) >> and use.
You already loaded 2k, new pencilton users first time allow only 1k load. It means you already used. Try again.
Today 2 person used successfully, one person total used 10k and another person used 1k+1k without any problem.
What can I do to get refund back?
I did 800 transaction in magic pin that too failed.
Money deducted but transaction unsuccessful.
Stupid app, loosing peace of mind
still it is not working, amazon add money is not working.
Bhai kyun fake parent n fake child chiz me fans rahe ho. Don't worry. Your money is safe n you ll get it. Our rupay expert/s ll definitely help you out of this. But maybe don't do these things in future.
Working smoothly for me in app as well as desktop browser.
Sometimes money is loaded in wallet instead of card. In that case, you have to transfer to card from wallet.
You can load more than 10K to wallet but can't load more than 10K in one card/month.
You can add more child to get more limit.
@abhishek012 @rajatindia
I added pan card kyc for parent.
Did not do kyc for child
but then too all transactions are failing.
1. cant add money in amazon
2. did 2 magicpin transaction worth 1500, it failed.
biggest scam, worst customer care, bad engineers that defines pencilton.
Amazon non-kyc and kyc wallet both looks similar but Amazon wallet money is added to your Amazn money and here Pencilton RuPay card working perfectly.
Also make sure your pencilton wallet balance added to child card not parents balance.
Pencilton is best app for Credit card to Amazon wallet load.
See the screenshot, green circle is parent wallet and when we enter amount and click on "other" option (blue circle in my screenshot) your amount will transfer to child's Pencilton RuPay card and then use on amazon wallet load.
I directly added Money to child account....
This is the error I m getting
it is not working
Same issue from payment method page on click of continue it shows redirect box
Then it comes back to payment method page.
If you load 10k this month and another 10k next month (total 20k wallet load) then you can't use more than 10k debit transaction per month.
@rajatindia Ok, today i facing same problem you explain in your comments but first time white blank page open and redirect back to Amazon home page.
Then 2nd time i retry again and this time payment gateway page open and i successfully loaded.
I did 5 continuous retry but it failed all.
First check you are adding to your Amaozn wallet kyc account not non-kyc acc -
check here difference between kyc wallet and non-kyc wallet –
If add money page “Amazonpay balance” showing means kyc wallet and non-kyc wallet showing “Add gifts & credits to your amazon pay balance” -
I have lode 10000 rs transaction successfully but money not add my wallet coustomer service not responding
Parents acc ? Money is added to your parents wallet.
Open parents acc >> add money >> enter 10000 >> now here click on "others" option and now Add.
Your money will transfer parents wallet to child acc wallet/card.
