Left neck near the shoulder blade, radiating to left hand till elbow
Flexibiloty is ok, aggravates while lying in a coir mattress hard one, lessens when using cotton stuffed trafitional mattress
Started Last year b4 night rest in bed started doing mild exercises, but this time its atinging hard, even sitting for latrine is tough
Hi. Last year, I had a severe necklock which did not resolve on its own as earlier instances of the same. I had to visit physiotherapist and took treatment for a month. Meanwhile got a special pillow for neck pain from flipkart, but pain remained. It got better with treatment. Till then as advised, I'm using a roll of bedsheet as my pillow and put it under my neck. At start it was uncomfortable, but got used to it. Never got the neck lock again while using it. Once while traveliing forgot to carry it and got the neck lock. So you may try this before buying any pillow.

Any videos to cure mysef self cure or exercise, the hands are aso radiating from neck,fexibility is allright, cotton gadda mattress gives relief
Shoud i change mattress from coir one to cotton? Started last year from mild exercises at home
may be you can do some research on frido memory foam pillows.
