Please help. Courier lost product

Dimers, plz advise how to approach . Courier has lost product sent by snapdeal. And they say they have informed snapdeal as well.
Yet, even after many emails and online complaints to snapdeal, they are not replying.
Product was ordered in a deal and now prices have increased. So will they send product again? Or will they give snapdeal cash? Coz that is useless for me. Total amount we are talking is less than 5000.

What was the product… It depends on product also… Let dimers know your product info to get better help.
Product was router bought using citi 20% offer. Snapdeal sent by courier. Courier says they have lost the item in transit. Now price of product is 4500. Cannot avail citibank offer now. So it’s double loss for me. Price increased and citi offer also gone.

Forget Snapdeal, they are trying faster to close down soon. Once coupon site, they deserve to be that only.
My Citi order also got cancelled by them after 3 weeks, 1200 discount lost.
Your best option to get money quickly is, call Citi helpdesk and ask for charge back. If you have good credit history with Citi, they will surely help and deal with Snapdeal.

You won’t believe , snapdeal delivered those pigeon coffee mugs after 1.5 months. I had forgotten that I had placed that order and was surprised to see it being delivered yesterday. But they had already processed a refund to my freecharge wallet citing lost shipment

Start writing to their fb and Twitter every hour. This will surely wake them up…

I don’t know and in fact had forgotten about it totally. It was not my regular account and had some freecharge CB I guess. It was some pigeon coffee mugs which was a low cost item and was a small PE I guess. I thought I had placed the order on cod, but had used freecharge wallet and they had refunded it.

Just have patience and keep poking them by mail, calls and tweets. As the product is not delivered hence they will surely refund your money. All pending orders will be cancelled after few days.
Start searching product on other sites.

Do they also compensate for non delivery and coupon loss? Their cc still says they will send product, even after I told them courier has misplaced it. it seems they have no clue!
Forget the compensation, they will never compensate for any failed order whatsoever may be the reason.
I am not sure but they might send the product again after they get the message from courier that the product is lost. Try to quicken this process by building pressure on them if you want the product. Delay in this will increase the chances of cancellation. Once cancelled, you will get your money back within a week but will have to find an order the product again on discount.
Had u self shipped or it reverse pickup?
