PNB CC Repayment Issue

I have PNB PATANJALI RUPAY CC and from past few days I am trying to pay CC bill but it's getting failed....tried on Paytm, Amazon, Cred, NEFT transfer..... But Trasaction failed after sometime... what should I do now?
Card approved 1 month ago & card bill not generated yet.

Just now paid on billdesk website, update here if it's work but Cheq new app and if Trasaction failed, don't know when I will receive refund.

Login into pnb netbanking and from there try upi/netbanking

Use desi payment method(all these fintechs have videshi money invested), cut a cheque & drop it in the drop box/submit at pnb branch.
