Purchased a prestige gtm gas stove few days back but been facing issues like tik tik sound everytime while using it. Registered a complaint 3 times but no technician came for a visit. Any other way to make a complaint? Or i had to visit the service center?

Elica is a their premium series and may be that’s why they might have resolved your case asap.
OP, check with your locality they should have their service center nearby your location.

Called their one number no one picked up the call.

I bought elica gas stove..faced the same issue…reported it to online customer care and got the visit of technician in a day…
