For Gift Vouchers worth Rs.5,000 on spends of Rs.5 lacs per year, how is this YEAR calculated?
Is it based on financial year/calender year/ year completion from receiving the card?

I will be also completing the year next month, don't know if I will be eligible for the 5K vouchar by then or not? Do I need to keep the Debit Card active until I get the vouchar?

there is no harm in keeping it active. As fees is already waived off

I recieved my card on 8th feb 2023, received the joining voucher of 5k on 20th March 2023
Completed 5lac milestone by Sept 2023
Received 5k voucher on 16th March 2024 along with renewal fee waived off.

That should be year completion from receiving right ?
I am also at the right target to reach that 5l and expecting atleast 5k voucher 
then will close RBL account
