Same here. despite setting a pin, adding it to NB, and doing transactions, it's the poor BOB system that is not able to filter out people who have already activated the card, nothing else. Just ignore, classic PSU thing!

If card is activated and used within 30days then don't worry else use use your card, as per RBI card needs to be closed if not activated and used within 30 days but still banks can keep it active by taking customer's consent

Activated, pin generated, some 10-20 rupees recharges n bill payments are already done. Net outstanding is -11 rupees. Card portal me account has been made. Still they are harassing people like this. RuPay card n BoB ki jai. 😁 Bhai shuruat me eisa, baad me kya hoga!

Ye BOB hai jisme loopholes ko exploit karne jiska doodh peene videshi bhi bharat aa chuke hai, When I applied BOB card they rejected I sent message on tweeter then they applied themselves on my behalf new application number generated and card approved, in the meantime I sent mail to BOB customer support, card delivered after 15 days and i received reply after card delivery that as per internal policy we cannot provide credit card to you, i replied card is already delivered, then stupid reply came which card ? I replied SBI CARD

Unhe ye taak nai pata card issue hua hai toh kisse hua hai. 😁 Cred se payment instant reflect nai hota. Bob app se razor pay gateway through se karne se turant hota hai. Dikkat hai card me. Ek hi plus point hai, cc ko call karne ke baad cc jaab bolta hai 2 min line pe wait kijie taab ek music ata hai mast lagta hai. 🐒

Still they send me warning SMS like these things. If they want to close they are free to do.

Don't keep a negative balance for the time being... Reason is that these stupid people have written a code which checks if the card has been used or not by checking the total outstanding balance >0 rather than checking the transaction count >0
