Recently SBI put an Unknown charge on me

I had SBI card A
Suddenly without even asking me SBI closed my card A and issued card B of same type simply click
then SBI put a charge of 560 approx on me (not sure about exact amount as I always pay more than statement)
Nothing is showing clearly why that charge is put on me
sadly I deleted all my statements to save email space
Customer care is also confused they have no idea at all
First they said it is charge on new card (later disagreed)
then they said it is your annual charge( later disagreed as I had spent enough to remove annual charges)
now they are said that you have received discount as well as reward points for your last many transactions so
SBI changed policy that's why we had put that charge on you
I am confused now what to do now?

If I close new credit card now will they refund 560?
Please ,contact branch manager ,only he can tell better.
Besides,
SBI levies a redemption fee of Rs 99 + GST on redemption of rewards points & you may have multiple redemptions.
could you please enlighten which was your SBI card A? there is a possibility that card A has been discontinued and usually they they do this and provide a new card in liue
they closed one simplyclick and issued other simply click without even asking me
first one has expiry in 2026 don't know why they closed it suddenly
Deduction continued it happened on 28 29 30 31 all days now amount is more than 1000
