Redgiraffe verification pending for long time.

Two weeks back I have signed up in Redgiraffe.com to transfer rent via credit card. Since the charges are very less i want to wait for sometime. But it seems they are not make progress until today. No calls/mail status->"verification pending" in dashboard.
Are they active in service? Is there anything else I have to do?
I have give pan and account details.

Check spam folder, they may have replied to your application. I had same experience and found that they had sent email for more details but it has gone to spam folder.
