I was waiting since yesterday with my 2 Amex cards, 2 SBI cards for someone to ping they want to purchase a OnePlus 9 series phone.
It appears that OnePlus has really lost its appeal with mediocre specs and outrageous pricing.
In case you did not know, they also launched a “Smart” watch which was very badly received by the worldwide tech reviewers. And that can be seen by virtually no marketing gimmick by OnePlus pushing the watch.
So, market isn’t very kind to OnePlus as they have been cheating their loyal customers with mediocre products.

I purchased my OP7 when they launched OP7T.
I got a great deal on Amazon using SBI card on Yono.
Effective price came to ₹27000
Prices have become Too High. There are alternatives available why will anyone stick with oneplus. Budget people are already priced out and the rich still prefer IOS to Android.
I will also be looking for alternatives in the next 2 years.
In Android, which one will give good processor, battery life and a clean UI like Oxygen OS?
One plus is now a premium brand
Iqoo is the new one plus
One plus 9R is priced at 39999
And in China k40 is with same specs is sold for 22500
Both have sd 870 processor
In india iqoo7 Sd 870 and k40(mi 11x ) will launch around 30k
When Onplus or other Chinese brands start crossing 40k price range, this was bound to happen.
Apple , Samsung will gain provided they get pricing of their sub flagships or older flagships right.
S20FE 5G at 47k should be no brainer over OnePlus 9 , 9R.
Also they have removed some features from Indian variants.
Maybe this thread will become active again after 14th April!

OP Smartwatch is just a Smart Band that looks like Smart Watch. At 15K it doesnt even come with AOD out of box.
