A multi billion dollar company without proper customer service in India.
I ve raised a service request through whatsapp (filled form with address of Andhrapradesh)
1. Got call from Bangalore agent at first.
Raised one more request with customer care….a person from bihar called me up for Samsung service.
planning on raising one more request and expecting call from samsung headquarters -Korea 🤣🥲

Planned to do the same. But got to know abt Korean chef working in Noodles shop (my native place). Will catch hold of him and send AC to korea with him🤣🤣.
Jokes apart, finally managed to get in touch with local Samsung executive and Service underway.
In 2009 I had a cheap Samsung phone. I had to make multiple visits to the service center. I have seen service center guys abusing other customers. Those were some days.

If you don't get, go to Anantapur in Andhrapradesh and catch hold of Korean ppl working for KIA and send your ac back to them
