What a waste..had around 10K points…pathetic move by sbi

If true, a good reason to close my SBI card. I was anyways looking to reduce the number of CC’s I own.

Even Amazon pay ICICI giving more being a basic card (if you don’t consider the milestone rewards)

It’s Waste to use it now almost like Kotak

AMEX alerted it’s users so many times regarding devaluation of points whereas SBI abruptly without any notice changed it. This is the difference between customer service

That’s why there is no redeem button on my account since a couple of weeks (it’s not there even now also)

so SBI Ola and SBI prime are the best SBI cards now or the only ones worth getting.

Last week only I have applied for this card..

Got the card a few days ago. Good for occassional flipkart/Amazon sale but useless for other things.

changed rules for simply click only or for simply save also?

Yes, it seems they’re devalued. Sadly i had 5k points and cant see rewards. And that could be because i am not eligible unless i have 6800 points

SBIs every card has different reward system. if one of card has reduced its value of rewards then it does not mean reward for other card like simply click is also reduced.

And its hard to connect to sbi customer care

Rcvd statement y’day and information is as usual like 10x for Amazon etc 5x for online and no info about devaluation of RP.
Even Milestone benefits are seen as usual.
Hope it was just technical glitch, or SBI will be worst if devaluation done without any indication.

Was a bit worried after reading these posts, so placed a request for statement credit on my elite card today, was glad that there is no change, 0.25 redemption ratio still holds

In the redeem reward section, there is no item available for redemption. What could be the reason? I have 9000 points.

Have 20k points, didn’t redeem since last year. Tried redeeming last month but zero rewards were showing in the reward cataloge.
