SBI forfeit RP to CBK issue

Are they still dragging this into the new FY? I thought all were done with... are you sure it isn't a recent txn?

Not a single rp reversed, no credit given

Even I am charged Rs976, its there in unbilled

they have been debiting 200-300, ignored so far n now 976

called cc they just do not understand the issue, he always saying cash back given so RP reversed, tried telling him my card is vistara so no cb concept here, but he looked like kid kept repeating same, I gave up

I do not see any SBI card offer used recently

Yes , I have not made any transaction  recently

It's cb or instant discount. In my case it was instant discount

In Visatara case the RP earned are transferred to ClubVistara so they charge my card, but vistara points useful only for travel, not so beneficial

I have made quite a few purchases in oct 2022 and in april 2023 on flipkart and amazon. . I wasn't affected by the cb/rp reverse issue.thought I got away with it but if they r still dragging the issue them im going to be next soon. Few days ago did purchase on flipkart and got instant discount+cb. Even bill generated Thought I got lucky but ....

Close any sbi co-branded card which gives RPs in form of some co-branded wallet because such points can't be reversed so instead of point forfeits it will always be debit entries at equivalent points as decided by sbi card(aka faulty in many cases). Same issue is there with sbi irctc card which gives points in the form of irctc wallet cash which can't be reversed so there also debit txns for equivalent points which makes 10% instant discount reduce to 7-8% depending on what equivalent rate sbi card decides for those instant cb txns.

Even mine also,they charged 550+ and removed 500 reward points

SBI made 3debits in my statement... Instead of own system rectification they are giving Reward Points(Vistara) and taking money from us. 1:1.

Its time to close the card.
