[Solved] SBI net banking weird problem

@pal. I am talking about kit number not about user id check your kit number behind and check if it is alphanumeric or not

@pankaj when you got the kit from SBI and how much time taken for activation is it numerical only?

Today visited the branch the lady herself shown me logging by same details and no PP kit error But as I came back and tried logging in same error on my system

Most probably you are mistaking one number for another. Check whether you are entering all numbers correctly – sometimes if the printing is not good you may mistake 8 for 3 or 0 for 9 like that..

I had to get a new password after I “forgot” my old password after the 3 month compulsory change of password came into effect. Took me a whole month to get the new password. Same confusion over kit..when I call up CC, they tell me to go to the branch..branch was abslutely clueless about procedure in case of forgot password…kept asking me if I want a new kit to which i would reply that I already have anetbanking account. Finally, turned out that irrespective of whether you are an old or a new user of SBI net banking, you need to get a new kit in case of pw problems. I had also put in a complaint with CC and a week after getting a new kit from the branch, I received another one by mail from CC. I think SBI net banking has only got more insecure and more frustrating after implementation of their new 3 month pw change rule:-(

then problem must be ur keyboard or u r entering different numbers , first enter kit no in text file and check , if there is virtual keyboard on sbi site use that .

He buddy,, how got this problem resolved? I am facing exactly the same problem. Kit which i have received contains all numerical values. Please help me how with your solutions. Have you applied for duplicate kit which contains alph-numeric values?.
