Don't worry, your money is safe

If a transaction outright fails, the money will be refunded to your account within 7 days. It's the case everywhere.

And in the email they have not provided any reference ID

I received my refund of INR 2000 after 21 days, that too after raising complaint with SBI UniPay and BBPS.

I received one refund in 3 months.

Wasn't showing in the portal. Luckily had failed message with transaction number in mail. Sent a mail to them with the transaction number, received the refund post that.

First of all why are you using unipay? When you have hdfc billpay?

Fail hona bada risky ho jata hai kabhi kabhi.. sply big amount.. mera housing ka fail amount automatically nahi aaya.. 1 week baad complain karne par chargeback raise kiya icici ne.. pure 50 din baad aaj aaya chargeback ka refund.. 62000 ka.. sbi unipay par bhi fasa tha 20k.. wo to aa gaya 7 days me. Wo to. Icici 62000 ka temo credit kar diya tha warna utna ka pay karna padta bill me

In how many days does sbi unipay settle credit card bill payment?

If I pay the credit card bill from the tata neu infinity credit card, will I be getting the tata neu coins?

My case is worst 10k payment deducted from my sbi credit card but failed on unipay now there's no transaction I'd or mail nothing. It's been 5 days still no sign of refund.

I have tried to pay non bbps cc bill through rupay cc UPI , money debited from rupay cc but not credited to biller and also the transaction is not showing in the sbi unipay portal under payment history. Do I have to raise a complaint (chargeback)?

My success txn of 23rd is still not credited to Citibank Credit card ? Do we know how much time it really takes.

Guys, No need for panic. I received my both failed txns refund automatically. it's slow but you will get it. Non bbps cc bill payments mostly take 3-4 days to credit. If you need immediate settlement use Paytm and cred. Remaining all other platforms, taking 3-4 working days time. i never seen if txns was successful and not credited in card.

Made payment on 30 March and today posted to ICICI credit card successfully.

Can receive refund any?

Has anyone here received refund for a failed Rupay cc UPI payment? Kindly post what action have you taken.

Refund of failed Rs. 10,000 CC to CC payment done on 22nd March still awaited. Rest 6x Rs. 10,000 successful transactions credited within 5 - 6 days with date of credit as 22nd March

Anyone received refund for txn done using HDFC DC

Things are getting out of hand now. I still haven't received the refund of Rs. 1,000 done via HDFC Bank debit card.

I even wrote an email to [email protected] but there has been no response yet. Raised transaction dispute with HDFC Bank and they replied today with the response that merchant has claimed that amount.

In case I want to fight for it, I need to show transaction failed screenshot (which I didn't take) or email for failed transaction (which SBI Unipay didn't send). Above all, I don't even have the proof after logging into the portal since there's no trace of transaction in 'Transaction History' on SBI Unipay's website.

Those who are stuck in the same situation, please suggest what to do?
