and sorry if I was away and couldn’t reply. honestly was busy in life. you know all. how’s life treating after mother passed away. anyways got this new job in sarkari office and busy there. now don’t have time to come. aaj to ek contest ke chalte hoon otherwise abhi tak so chuka hota.

and today I left sarkari naukri. setting se lagi thi. but had heavy workload. had no leave, no festival off nothing.. sunday tak ko kaam karne jana padta tha.

deputation contractual employees ko nahi milta dost. main 3 saal ke contract par tha.

abhi bank po ki prep karni hai so anyways was to leave this job. workload and pressure was getting more with every new day so got excuse. abhi 15 din aur kaam karna padega as per contract or won’t get salary+ bond money. uske baad se padhai shuru.

pf milta hai. salary was good. problem is that there’s 30 people doing job of 500, government doesn’t sanction budget for new jobs so we were punished. it wasn’t government job per se but as per rules if someone stays 3 years in office he or she is is deemed to be temporary employee if not permanent. we were initially temporary to start our office and recently got contract. right now out of 32 manpower only 3 are permanent, 15 still temporary and we 14 from IT and confidential dept have given contract. rest employee are 3/4 grades on temp basis.
