Sharing Personal Info - Credit Card Agent

Got a call from a credit card agent today(SBI), shockingly she knew my PAN card number and further asked for my residence/Office address, Mail ID, Date of Birth details.
How safe is it to share such details without actually knowing who’s on the other side?

mujhe 15 din pehle call ayi kehta i am sbi bank manager. give me otp that he will send in 2 mins otherwise my account will be blocked. maine kaha kyu loot te ho logo ko.kehta kam ha mera. law n order ha hi nahi is desh me.
