App store reviews are flooded with fake reviews of 5 star and those comments are not even relevant to slice pay. All those comments are from random english named users.
I didn’t get ajio cashback of 200₹ since june 19 and they are now not replying back. If I create new ticket then they just merge it to the existing one. They are not replying since 23 june. The cashback was instant as per the terms but most of the users didn’t get it.
What to do now?

I did try to make some point about this.. whoever still fell for this trap will understand in future.
It’s like a super flood of fake reviews. After 1 kilometre scroll you will find a genuine review then again fake reviews for the another 1 kilometre scroll.
The description doesn’t even match with the slice business. I was like is it the right app which I am using because the reviews were about something else.
I request admin to please remove those posts in future which gives slice referral links since it’s a security issue now.

I had a similar issue with one Jio transaction. The payment gate way took it as Jio Mart, and hence the cashback is denied since the offer is meant for Jio recharge. I have the invoice mentioning recharge amount. So I raised a ticket with the details, and later it is marked resolved saying the cashback would come in 2-3 days or whatever. I gave it the time, and opened another ticket mentioning the old ticket. The cashback eventually turned in. The whole thing took about 18 days.
I had a word with apple support advisor. He said yes there is some issue with the reviews of this app and their team will check it thoroughly. I hope our data is safe. Since the app is backed by SBM bank and federal bank so the govt. is not going to help much.
Nch asked slice to give the ajio cashback and they resolved the issue within an hour😂😂 which they were not resolving since 12 days

issue usually resolves with day or 2
once I had not received jiomart cashback they have taken 10 days to resolve it and got cashback later without calling them again

Yea and if I still have to consume yellow then I would prefer mazza over it anytime
I am sharing my personal experience too, I don’t have personal grudges with them, how’d you feel if you ask for support every alternate day and All I got in reply is “ How would you rate the support you received?” mail. I guess in their system my issue was already closed.

I have raised the grievance on nch already but Since the banking partner is SBM Bank (Mauritius), hence national consumer helpline rejected it due to the foreign bank grievance.
So beware of using slice.
