Snake Skin vs Dimer's Multiple Profile / IDs

These days we are finding many cases of multiple ids & accusations & denials.
It makes me sad that this forum is being made filthy & politics is being played.
What will you achieveā€¦dimesā€¦karmaā€¦

Itā€™s a beautiful sunny day and dimer 1 and dimer 2 decide to celebrate by posting some fantastic deals & looting offers at desidime. As the day progressed, they continued posting some good threads, looting offers & getting FPD suggestions.

As it happened at an hour of noon, dimers noticed someone strange, some miscreant. It looks almost like a old dimerā€¦but not quite. Who could he be? As you inch closer, you realize that itā€™s a old expert dimer!

https://cdn0.desidime.com/attachments/photos/255168/medium/3271351dd_mud.png?1480956895

After you canvas the old posts to make sure that this is same old dimer, you pick up the old profile and investigate it more closely. You can see the impressions of the previous posts and the manner in which they were posted. You start to WONDERā€¦why do dimers change their id?

The simple answer is that dimers change their old ID because they are just like many other social media enthusiasts. All social media people change/hid their identity! In social media, especially dimers, this is an ongoing process thatā€™s rarely noticed.

Changing ID in desidime is different. Instead of an ongoing process, dimers change ID periodically. Few dimers are even more unique, because their ID & profile details are usually same. If youā€™ve ever see a new id, you know it looks like the old id, almost like taking off a new start! Seniors call this process MUD, although you may also sometimes hear the terms suspended and new signup.

Dimers change their ID to allow for further trolling and to gain undue advantage that may have attached to their old expertise as a dimer. As a dimer increases its dimes balance, it starts feeling like redeeming. Unlike good dimers, such dimers doesnā€™t like others grow in the forum. Eventually, a dimer reaches a point where further trolling & gaining dimes is not possible with same id.

When that occurs, a new ID is made. As soon as it is complete, the old ID is left behind or suspended, leaving behind a old profile along with karma & dimes that may have been achieved.

To change their old id behind, such dimers may go for a makeover to not get caught. When theyā€™re forcefully suspended, they create a new ID, usually at the same time.

Once the old ID has been discarded / suspended, such dimer starts trolling again in new form.

Dimers change their ID quite often. The average dimer will change its ID whenever old ID is suspended or to get FPD & Likes.

Terms used :
Dimerā€™s old profile : Snake skin
Changing ID : Shed skin
MUD : Ecdysis (periodic shedding of outer skin)

Letā€™s suppose one dimer creates 3 ids : one with attitude, one neutral and one humble.

First, humble one will post A deal (may be utter Useless)
Then, after sometime attitude one will post same deal.

Meanwhile, other on-off dimers with no stakes may Vu or suggest both posts.

If nobody noticed, then the neutral id will comment on second as Repost again and again with link to first post and other dimers will visit that link and VU just like that. One clueless dimer who sees lot of VUs on first post will suggest and leave.
And once Vu and S starts, it becomes trend setter.

Sometimes, both posts takes green and A, depending upon which dimer other likes the most. In that case, as soon as merger take place, first post covers entire dashboard and immediate S shower from fellow dimers.

However, if there are too many Reds, attitude guy edits title to delete.

So, this is how multiple ids role-play to some advantage. If admins are fast enough and merge/ delete repost then this game can be nipped in the bud. Else multiple ids will have a profitable motive to role-play.

Thats what you were trying to say https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif

If we assumed this may happenā€¦.

it can happen once, maybe twice, maybe thrice

But commentators in DD like @Plato @Beinghuman will not let those IDs easy walk in the park

Canā€™t comment on Beinghuman but it is simple to ride @Plato in any @Mia@@ @chikni park https://cdn3.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_lol.gif provided that u think like great @Plato https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif

She Slept With Her Snake And Then The Vet Told Her Something Shocking.

This is a true story about a woman from India who lived in the Middle Ages and had a pet snake, python, which she loved so much. The snake was 4 meters long and looked healthy. However, one day her unusual pet just stopped eating.

This lack of appetite in the snake continued over a few weeks. The desperate woman tried everything she could and offered anything that a snake would like to strangle and eat. Nothing worked, and finally the woman took her loving pet to the veterinarian as a last resort.
The vet listened to the woman carefully and asked, ā€œDoes your snake sleep with you at night, wrap around you closely and spread out throughout its length?ā€

The woman was surprised and with a lot of hope she said, ā€œYes! Yes! It does it every day and it makes me so sad because I see something asking of me, and I cannot help it feel better.ā€

Then, the vet said something shocking and most unexpected. ā€œMadam, your pet is not sick; it is just preparing to eat you.ā€ Yes, the python wasnā€™t sick but it has been preparing to eat her instead!

ā€œEvery time, it is creeping and ā€œhuggingā€ you, wrapping around your body, it is checking size to weigh how a great meal you are and how it must be prepared before the attack. And yes, it does not eat, in order to have enough space to digest you more easily,ā€ the vet said.

This story comes with a moral ie Even people close to you, whom you are very affectionate with, can, have mean intentions. You need to identify the snake around you and their true intent. Hugs and kisses are not always honest.

Donā€™t fear the enemy that attacks you, but the fake friend that hugs youā€¦.!!!!

DD closely resembles reddit in this regard. I avoid commenting on reddit until very necessary just like I avoid the ā€˜Hot dealā€™ section on DD. People over there are so fixated on getting ā€˜upvotesā€™ and getting on the first page and fighting over ā€˜repostsā€™ and posting shit that doesnā€™t have anything to do with the respective topic just to get ā€˜upvotesā€™(check their ā€˜humorā€™ section, 90% non-humorous content). It reminds me of the ā€˜Kuye ka mendhakā€™ story. Pity these guys.

Why did we spend quite easily trickles name people? The memory structure explains how we can most commonly remember a face and even other details of the person and yet, it is so hard to remember something as important as your name.

To remember past events usually form a kind of photo that unite different elements of context. For example, if we try to remember a dinner last week in which we participate, we should probably set our sitting at the table in front of the plate of food image, try to also remember if you were alone or with others, or if it was a night in loneliness or friends. The brain can not remember all the elements of the event, but the memory serves as a key aspect to remember the others. The brain generates isolated images (such as ā€œframesā€) and not complete images as a movie. Through partnerships we fill the empty spaces, but this process may also contain errors or unreliable memories.

Memory is a highly complex brain for processing. Our brain is composed of billions of neurons that perform multiple tasks at once, in addition to remember. During the retrieval of memories the brain performs complex maneuvers, including taking shortcuts to rebuild the most likely of memories scene.

If we think that our memories are constructed and facilitated by associations, we understand why it is so difficult to remember the names of people. Suppose we find Marcos last Sunday at the soccer field, remember that he has a son who went to school with ours and studying architecture, the same race that we started and we left when we were their age. With only remember one of these details, we will reaching the other by association. The problem of names is just that, unlike points above information, are usually arbitrary for our memory and are not directly associated with other data stored in our brain, unless we make explicit this association ( "is called Marcos like my uncle "): same could be Marcos, Mauro and Paul, all common and arbitrary names. So, there is nothing that can give us Marco accurate information about your name or inhibit other possible.

As we age our memory begins to fail and names are one of the first aspects with which we began to notice these flaws, since only these words to our knowledge has not increased over time. However, we can use some tricks or strategies to better remember names, like rhyming names with objects, repeat the name aloud the person several times or, as we have already mentioned, associate the person ā€™s name with that of some famous, family and / or more recurring friend, among others. Another option is to remember that these difficulties are quite common and do not get colored if the name of the person fails us out of the tip of the tongue.
