DD closely resembles reddit in this regard. I avoid commenting on reddit until very necessary just like I avoid the ‘Hot deal’ section on DD. People over there are so fixated on getting ‘upvotes’ and getting on the first page and fighting over ‘reposts’ and posting shit that doesn’t have anything to do with the respective topic just to get ‘upvotes’(check their ‘humor’ section, 90% non-humorous content). It reminds me of the ‘Kuye ka mendhak’ story. Pity these guys.
