Snapdeal refunded money to my credit card
I know there are threads where we are already discussing this but still the main subject and the content of the post is different.
Anyways, I ordered wohoo card @10% discount in snapdeal, bought Amazon gift card, ordered items at Amazon and its delivered.
Snapdeal at the atrocity refunded my money to my credit card.
haha 
. Friend, I already notified them on twitter before I transfer (mentioning their account details) and got the confirmation after payment. Now, no further calls from them.

I got refund and I dont pick their calls.
I have my own way of handling the issue. 
Even if they go and challenge in Supreme court, I would win and even they know this.
So the argument ends here. I keep money and gift cards.

The new problem is I am not able to shop on snapdeal for fear of holding my money.
I asked him if he is calling from Nigeria, he was very polite but kind of threatened with legal proceedings and I said Ok please send notice I will pay.
So reading all above comments makes it only thing clear some people are ready to give the money back but only in legal way and some people are using legal method as a way to not give the money back, whatever it is SD screwed up it’s upto them to fix it . If you are ready to give money back for real and keep getting threatening calls why not report or take legal actions how long are you guys gonna let them spam you.
Wtf is wrong with sd , they cancelled mine 3rd july order of 500rs gv which i bought using 100rs sd gv + Netbanking and i got gv on that day itself and used on that day .And yesterday they cancelled the order and today refunded 400rs in my account.itne old orders bhi cancel ho rahe hain 😮.What next ?
Update – They called just now and said the same .What to do next ? Coz i paid via netbanking and cc was saying bla bla like if you will not pay then legal team will contact .what should i do now (coz i paid netbanking ) .Someone help plz
Order through HSBC card , & amount refunded. Total refund 5400/-, now calling everyday & telling to pay immediately but says to pay via net banking but want to pay through Cc. But no option. What to do ????
Write them ab email stating that they can charge the Credit Card again against the erroneously refunded amount or else they should send you an email containing the link for payment which should clearly mention as to why they are collecting funds.
Also mention that if they try to harass you again by calling you then you will record the call and file a police complaint against the executive and Snapdeal.
Yes I told the same thing, I told to charge back but says not possible , then I told to send payment link but says that also not possible. I want to pay through same card in which refund came but they gave me bank account & only option to pay is by net banking . What a head acche for mistake done by them. Really fed up. Writing mail as per your advice
Purchased using my friend HSBC credit card.But in order status it is showing as “Praparing for dispatch” !! did they refunded this too ? should i tell him to check the statement ??
Nope that one should not have been cancelled bcoz if refunded it will show order cancelled

Somehow beimani ke paise pach nahi rahe the.. I mean nothing wrong from our side but knowing that it is not my money… somehow I was restless so I returned the money and now feeling peace :-p

Also got mail of their AC details which mentioned refund by their end was mistake and you have to pay the same by NEFT
Simply deny any NEFT/IMPS/Money deposit request. Ask them to charge from your card which was used. As simple as that. If they threat you then simply hang up or tell them call is being recorded and you will file mental harassment case against them.

Today one guy visited my old address saying SBI verification,i never applied for SBI card nor i have SBI account.i was not there at that time,else i could have got more clear idea. I doubt snapdeal still working in backend to recover the money. Any one face issue like this recently ?
