SPAR Customer care - any tips to reach

Hello. my orders are struck with spar mantri bangalore. their cc number is premium .. Though got ticket numbers after sending email. no communication further.. looks like social media and cc not work together.. though facebook and twitter i get response no further progress on closing the tickets.. Any other way to reach to CC. i tried to hold call for more than 5 mins but no luck on the premium number its just waste of call charges. Any
