Star Health Insurance payment using Apay ?

Anyone tried to use Apay for Star Health payment ? The insurer is available on the list of Insurance firms but displays... please enter valid policy number.... I have checked and the policy number is 100% correct....
Any suggestion pls

We can pay star health insurance in Amazon pay.I just checked by using my policy number .Premium amount is coming up.

Download your policy as pdf and copy whole policy number from there..sometimes a space might be creating an issue ..
