PM-SVANiDHI incentivises on RuPay, UPI, UPI-QR etc transactions by the street vendors through monthly cashback -
Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs Launches – PM-SVANiDHI incentivises digital transactions like receipts/ payments using digital means like UPI, QR-codes of payment aggregators, RuPay debit cards etc. by the street vendors through monthly cashback.
This will generate a transaction trail, which will further improve the credit scores of the street vendors for their future credit needs. The payment aggregators like NPCI, PayTM etc. will on-board vendors as merchants and provide QR-code for receiving payments.
The incentive as monthly cash back is ₹50 on executing 50 eligible transactions in a month. Further, additional cash back of ₹25 each will be provided on completing next 50 & thereafter another 100 or more transactions respectively in the month.
