Please suggest whey which is both good in terms of protein intake claimed and also not heavy on my pocket.

Earlier I used to take Fitspire but it's garbage tbh .

Also any website where zingoy can give additional cashback on whey  ?

Thinking of Muscle Blaze but expensive

Good thread, I remember reading this once. Personally using as-it-is (recently cosmix), trace metal wise its god bharose only.

go natural instead of preservatives mixed protein

This is best route. For vegetarian/vegans its sometimes difficult with work and travel. Just sometimes take protein to compensate.

Was using as-it-is for completing minimum side of daily requirement of ~1g/kg via now using plant based protein 'Cosmix No Nonsense Plant Protein | Organic Pea & Rice Isolate'(costlier) : https://www.amazon.in/Nonsense-Protein-Organic-... preservative, monk fruit for sweetening, organic) , want to move away from milk protein for long term.

Any suggestions are welcome for people without muscle building only sustenance.

0.8-1g protein/kg bodyweight is all that's necessary for bare sustenance. Shouldn't be difficult to achieve. Legumes are a good source, 20-25g protein/100g. Plant proteins are usually incomplete so need to have a varied diet.

Soya chunks (de-fatted) are a very good source of protein for vegetarians. Commonly contain 50g protein/100g. One of the very ,very few vegetarian ones that are a complete protein. They do contain less amounts of some EAAs compared to animal sources but the sheer abundance somewhat compensates for it. Taste was a major hindrance in my case until I happened on the way that suited me.

Tofu tastes much better but contains less protein on a weight basis.

Peanuts are another good source but due to their high fat content their consumption should be limited. I snack on them a lot and didn't gain any weight.

Anecdote: I have been consuming it regularly for the last year and no issues in maintaining my moderately muscular physique (homegrown) in the complete absence of whey and limited consumption of non-veg.

Do your own research of course.

Get nutrabox whey from their website. It is very good plus1

As per tests conducted by theliverdr and his team Nutrabox fared quite poorly in terms of actual whey content, just 58% vs the claimed 73%.

ON, Nestle protein. Rest everything can't be trusted. Buy ON from official website.  You may consider Apollo also. But if you prefer quality, you can trust ON.
