Swiggy Giving Fake Promises. How to Counter?

Last Day I ordered through Swiggy and received an Item wrongly. I Informed swiggy support with photos and after their investigation a partial refund was promised ( I have their chats as proof) to the source account
I didn't receive the refund as of now I tried connecting swiggy care through Twitter. They said they can't refund and instead offered to give a food coupon of the same value which expires after a month.
How to Counter this and move legally. Swiggy has already did mistake by wrongly delivering item and now again they have put the mistake on some random agent's head for offering refund
Would like to know fellow dimers insight and advice on the matter
Update: I contacted the swiggy escalation team with screenshot they refunded to swiggy money
