Tata Neu IPL League vouchers disappeared

I had vouchers including Croma, IHCL dining voucher for 2 and AirAsia that I won as part of the Tata Neu IPL League. I checked around 15 days back and there was validity left on these.
These were only available via a banner on the Tata Neu App. Suddenly that banner has disappeared and I am unable to get my vouchers.
I have written for the same to [email protected] but any idea where I could get it?

How did you redeem the IHCL voucher?
At restaurant they asked me for PIN but i didn't receive any PIN from tataneu, only voucher code.
Can you please help, it's a bit urgent?

Hi bro, haven't used it yet. I remember reading somewhere that to avail these you need to make advance reservation while quoting the voucher.
Will need to check with customer service.
