Wait for some time and track again after 3-4 days on the HDFC site. HDFC has this issue.

Hi guys,
I recently applied for the Tata Neu Plus Credit Card through the Neu app. It showed I am eligible for Plus Card with 1L limit.
There was no option to select the variant. After applying, I completed the V-KYC and the representative told that everything is fine and I will get a confirmation within 24 hours and Card will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
Then I wanted to confirm the variant So I contacted Chat Support on Neu App. The Support Guy told me that according to my application, Rupay Variant will be given to me.
After 2 hours, I received a link for application tracking from HDFC Bank and TataNeu shows they can’t proceed with Card Issuance. HDFC tracking shows DECLINED.
Any idea on why the card was declined?

Yes.
I'll tell you my case, I applied for Neu plus and the same was rejected inspite having cibil of 786 and prior relationship with HDFC.
After 2-3 days, an executive visited my place and did KYC. I haven't received the card yet tho but I had a talk with another dimer and the same happened with him n he received the card.
So yes, there still chances of approval. Just wait and watch.

Mine was declined too on 10th may, but next day got a msg that some agent will come for the kyc, in today morning i have done kyc. Lets see whats next

What is the update? Is your card approved? I am in same boat. Applied yesterday and showing declined today
