Tata Neu Plus CC Application Declined

Hi guys,
I recently applied for the Tata Neu Plus Credit Card through the Neu app. It showed I am eligible for Plus Card with 1L limit.
There was no option to select the variant. After applying, I completed the V-KYC and the representative told that everything is fine and I will get a confirmation within 24 hours and Card will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
Then I wanted to confirm the variant So I contacted Chat Support on Neu App. The Support Guy told me that according to my application, Rupay Variant will be given to me.
After 2 hours, I received a link for application tracking from HDFC Bank and TataNeu shows they can’t proceed with Card Issuance. HDFC tracking shows DECLINED.
Any idea on why the card was declined?

So even this is displayed, there is chance for approval?
Mine was declined too on 10th may, but next day got a msg that some agent will come for the kyc, in today morning i have done kyc. Lets see whats next
Same happened with kotak card too, 2 weeks back

What is the update? Is your card approved? I am in same boat. Applied yesterday and showing declined today
I am facing the same issue. The card was declined as per website on 25th Nov but no mail or sms confirming that. Next evening I got the message of "offline verification" by Manipal Business solutions. I demanded an answer from HDFC on "X" but they replied "we are looking into this".
I am not sure of doing any verification today even the status is "decline". Any insight?
Too soon to decide that your card was declined.
Wait for some time and track again after 3-4 days on the HDFC site. HDFC has this issue.
