Techical Issue with E-kart Logistics

Hi All

I have ordered laptop from Flipkart on 12.10.2020 and it was also shipped on same day from Bilaspur hub

It was reached to Farukhnagar hub on 15th and since then transit status is not updated.

It was supposed to be delivered to today to me at Akola Maharashtra.

I tried reaching Customer care yesterday they said it will be delivered on or before promised date, which is impossible now and said there is some issue with shipping status not getting updated.

From Twitter i saw many complaints that their shipping is also not updated and delivery date is not met. Also i observed from screenshot that this Farukhnagar hub is common in most of them.

Can you guys check if any of ur shipment has traveled from this Farukhnagar hub in last 10 days and update on the shipping and delivery status.

Same situation. My galaxy watch is delayed by two days and status isn’t updated after 16 October.

well I had the exact same issue with Farukhnagar, since 10th october my ipad was lying in that hub.. Well I saw someone on twitter raised the complaint on Consumer Helpline ( https://consumerhelpline.g...n/ ) So I did the same, as I didnt want to waste time with foolish customer care reps.. To my surprise, the issue issue escalated in 24hrs, nd packet moved from Farukhnagar nd I got the delivery within 24 hours (on Sunday morning) So dont waste time with email, calls. Just visit here https://consumerhelpline.g...n/ , fill all the details, ( as I ordered Ipad so I wrote that flipkart is hampering with my educational needs and strict action must be taken against the people who caused delay as the delay has caused me irreparable loss) and try your luck, well I am also not sure whether this portal helped me genuinely or the packet moved naturally.. all the best.
