Go to Amazon App> Amazon Pay Balance Section > Click on Credit Card bill section > enter card details and enter amount and then on the Payment Page > Select the Other UPI IDs/Net Banking > enter other UPI ID > enter the Amazon Pay Balance (Money) UPI ID ([email protected]) and then you will get a request via notification then approve it and boom.....your credit card bill payment is successful via Amazon Pay Wallet Balance.
Till Now, Nobody allows Amazon Pay Balance (Wallet), which can use for credit card bill payment but on amazon directly you can do that.
Max Limit per month for merchant transactions is 20k for a FULL KYC Account.
Note - Your account should have Amazon Load Money Balance and Not Gift Card/Cashback

I tried the exact way to pay ₹100 each to SBI CC and HDFC CC on the same day. SBI payment is reflected after a few hours but even after 3 days HDFC payment is still not reflecting. No refund received either. Anyone else tried on HDFC?

Uber/Amazon pay has now removed "custom" pay option while loading wallet through its app for me. It shows for Paytm though. Other Uber account still shows the option.
