Creating this thread for updates / assistance on Ticket Compliments cards activation.
Only for cards purchased from Shopclues – Merchant GCI.

Note: Ticket Compliments cards purchased from Amazon – Merchant Woohoo, comes pre-loaded and only needs to be registered on edenred for emailid/number update.
what is the update till which date cards got activated?? mine was 16 jan still not activated.

It’s printed in the covering letter on which the card is pasted.
anybody cards got activated who all placed on or after 22nd december,heard from other dimers ,till 21st they r activated

Go to activation site & check with app ref no that’s faster to check

bhaio , please tell me some details about these cards . it is my first purchase of ticket compliments cards and first time i am going to use any prepaid cards . so here are my doubts -
1. Difference between Max and Premium variant of Ticket Compliments cards ?
2. what details (mobile number,name.address) to fill at time of registration of this card , means does it need to be same as shopclues account details from which i bought it ??
3. it is yet to be delivered , so tell me what to do (stepwise) after receiving it ?
4. for multiple cards detail can be same ?? or any minor change in details ??
before posting this query i read this thread 2-3 pages but getting confused on these things specially on edenred registration , also i came to know that you 2 a used these many times so being an expert 
i need your answer .
1. Premium haven’t used much but tgey have additional 2% cb on selected merchants and its online acceptance is less compared to max, this i am saying based on otgers comments never bought due to same reason works ob Paytm though. Max is best, get from GCI then request for activating the card which is when the amount is koaded to thos card abd then on edenred registerbso as to use online
2. Need not be though I have used the same account and number.
3. Don’t stress, it is mentioned on the card. Go to activation.giftcardsindia.in enter application reference no. And tgen tou receive OTP 7 days after card is activated

whenever im entering reference number and expiry date without space im getting error “Invalid details! No voucher exist with ‘xxxxxxxx’ number for the selected brand.”
There is app ref no on top left of covering letter
That has no space, did you put space or something? Try again with that combined no

otp not coming to activate.. their cc support will be available from mon – fri.. what to do 
Don’t know why some are facing otp problem. Just 30 mins back I got my 4 packets delivered by DTDC. Went to GCI site and put activation request for all one by one. OTP came in 3 seconds only every time. 
If there was a server problem at GCI, it should have been everywhere. Do you have MNP or Jio number btw? My friend faced OTP problem with his MNP number.

This card had 5k balance out of that 4k was utilised, but now getting this error
Some problem with edenred got same error early morning worked fine after an hour

+1. There was a problem since yesterday, now resolved.
today i called GCI. GCI CS told me that problem will be solved within couple of hours. i tried just now and i registered successfully without any issue. Very good response and work by GCI. Thanks @enapster For the help.

They have stopped selling cards on SC and other sites. They will delay it further, I think. Mine’s req on 16th.

Are you new to online shopping? If you had tried the likes of Timtara and other similar ones, this would not have been your worst experience.
Just kidding… As far as I could tell, all requests till 17th Feb were processed a week ago. Yours is on 26th and should be done any time now. Why not give them a call and ask them for the activate date?

using same mob number and email as was used in shopclues order..
